SmartShopper Updates their Ultimate Shopping Gizmo

We’ve shown you SmartShopper’s Voice Recognition List-Maker before so here’s a quick update on their new one.

If you don’t know what the original SmartShopper device was, it was a small printer that could recognise your voice, add the items you said to a list, then printed them off with its thermal printer, making it one of the handiest shopping gadgets available.

Utopia Steam Shower with Sauna Annex & Built-in Surround Sound

Back in 2007 we brought you the Ariel Steam Shower – a shower unit packed full of features, even including a surround sound speak system. Now we’ve found an even better example – a steam shower with a sauna annex on the side, and with an equally long list of features as the Ariel Steam Shower.

The Utopia Steam Shower has is a ‘regular’ steam shower with an added sauna cabin with authentic wooden seating. The shower itself has 6 back jets and 2 overhead jets to add to the experience. Surround sound with CD and radio connectivity is also included.

Olive’s O6HD Handmade Music Server Delivers Perfection

If you’re looking for a music server, they don’t get much better than the Olive O6HD. The Olive system utilises HD music to provide you with sound quality that they claim has a resolution 250x that of a CD. Not bad. Combine this with the saucy O6HD looks and you’ve got yourself the ultimate music server.

Dixit Board Game – A Fun Alternative to Settlers of Catan?

Here’s another no-batteries-needed game. If you fancy a bit of a change from Settlers of Catan (although we don’t know why you would) then Dixit makes a good alternative. The whole game is very well made, with a high level of attention to the graphics.

Each game takes around 30mins to play (unlike those epic Monopoly games) making it a great boredom-buster. There’s tons of replay value included too – don’t think it’s a game you can only play a few times!

Lego Darth Vader Clock Gets You Up in the Morning

I struggle to get up in the morning, but with a huge LEGO Darth Vader or Stormtrooper standing over my bed I know I’d get out of bed a lot faster.

These ironically cute alarm clock figures are based on their LEGO minifigure counterparts scaled up to 8 inches. Their chests double up as clocks.

For $30 you can get yourself one of these with batteries included.

(Oh yeah, you know we love alarm clocks!)
