Dell is getting deeper into the personalized PC market with the launch of the Studio Hybrid. You can customize the exterior look with one of 6 different colored sleeves (including the pricey bamboo option). The Studio Hybrid starts at $499, and is meant to be a general purpose PC, and even includes an HDMI port. Of course, you can customize it beyond its color, and can include for example a Blu-Ray Disc, a TV Tuner and WiFi.
Here’s another very useful gadget from Kensington, particularly if you’re a road warrior that spends any amount of time in hotels. How many times have you gone hunting around the hotel room for those precious few open power outlets to plug in your laptop, cell phone charger, iPod charger and your 4th must-have gadget?
I know I’ve done it enough times to get to the point where I’m seriously wondering if I should unplug the TV or a lamp. Sometimes, I’ve brought a power strip along just in case.

Dell announced that they’re discontinuing a bunch of XPS models so that they can instead push high performance gaming machines via their Alienware brand/subsidiary. So if you’re an XPS fan or have been considering one, get on the ball, b/c you may not be able to get one as of next month. Get a Dell XPS.
