The Apple Mac App Store went live today already stocked with plenty of Mac Apps for purchase and the Geeks have a first look at what’s available.
At the top of the Mac App Store window, you see the familiar (if you use the Apple App Store for iOS devices) quick links to Featured, Top Charts, Categories, Purchases and Updates. Featured is the home page shown above.
Top Charts shows the Top Paid, Top Free and Top Grossing for All Categories:
Categories shows the various categories from Business to Weather:
Apple has released their familiar software on the Mac App Store already. The entire iWork suite is available for $19.99 per Mac App including Pages, Keynote and Numbers.
Apple’s iLife suite is available too including iPhoto, iMovie and Garageband:
In all, Apple has released 8 Mac Apps including the iWork, iLife, Aperture ($79.99) and Apple Remote Desktop ($79.99).
