Computer ergonomics are important for our well-being, but we tend to balk due to the seemingly long list of rules. The main things to be taken from this 2 minute video are that your knees and elbows should be set at 90-degree angles, that you should be at the right height for your computer screen, and shows your how to tweak those things easily with books and/or cushions.
