Smarthome recently released the ICON Dimmer Switch and the ICON On/Off Switch.
ICON by Smarthome is our newest line of lighting and appliance control products utilizing INSTEON technology. ICON is our value-oriented line of products and has several of the same features as our regular products without the added cost. ICON is another great addition to the Smarthome family of products.
At $19.99, these products are even less expensive than most of the X10 1970’s technology that is not as reliable. Insteon is now available to the masses!
To ensure network reliability 2 SignaLinc RF’s are required in each home with INSTEON enabled products. While a single SignaLinc RF will bridge INSTEON signals between radio frequency and powerline signals, two properly installed SignaLinc RFs will also act as powerline signal repeaters, maximizing the reliability of your INSTEON network.
