The unit includes a software program that details the calibration process, instructing you when to place the sensor on its base to measure room lighting. Once the level of ambient light is determined, you are prompted to attach the device to the monitor and the colorimeter automatically calibrates the computer screen’s colors. After the calibration process, the device continues to detect the monitor’s exposure to light and aut omatically corrects the screen’s brightness for accurate color display.
