iPhones have been put into the hands of the media, journalists and tech folks. Not us sadly, but there is already lots of good material out there days before Friday’s general release to the public. First off, we’ll show you an entertaining video from David Pogue of the New York Times.

All in all, the reviewers are reasonably upbeat and positive in their assessment of the iPhone, but I think a better nutshell view was put together by Engadget. It sure seems to be ‘missing’ a lot of features, and this exclusive tie-in to AT&T is bewildering at best. I mean, we understand AT&T’s desire for this, but think of how many customers are going to hate Apple for this.
My take: in 2 years, this will probably be a great product and there will be some nice competition around by then too!
