iPhone Reviews and Videos

iPhones have been put into the hands of the media, journalists and tech folks. Not us sadly, but there is already lots of good material out there days before Friday’s general release to the public. First off, we’ll show you an entertaining video from David Pogue of the New York Times.

There’s another video from Walt Mossberg of the Wall Street Journal after the jump, but here are some written reviews that you may be interested in: by David Pogue, Walt Mossberg, and Steven Levy. All in all, the reviewers are reasonably upbeat and positive in their assessment of the iPhone, but I think a better nutshell view was put together by Engadget. It sure seems to be ‘missing’ a lot of features, and this exclusive tie-in to AT&T is bewildering at best. I mean, we understand AT&T’s desire for this, but think of how many customers are going to hate Apple for this.

My take: in 2 years, this will probably be a great product and there will be some nice competition around by then too!

Next up is Walt Mossberg’s all business-like review. His extensive write up is also very good.
