Heated Towel Racks

Heated Towel Racks

Treat yourself to the ultimate in bathroom luxury, without having to stay in a five-star hotel! Now you can wrap yourself with a warm and fluffy towel at the end of every bath or shower, with these heated towel racks! These amazing devices have been used by exclusive hotels and day spas for years, and now you can indulge in the same opulent experience at home, every day. In fact, we guarantee that once you start using one of these towel warmers, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without one!

With classic, sleek lines, these units look great in any room where you want to grab warm, dry towels, including bathrooms, workout rooms, or rooms adjacent to hot tubs, saunas or pools. They’re also great for warming blankets, robes, clothes, or for drying laundry items that are too delicate for tumble dryers. You’ll also find that you do less laundry, since your towels won’t require constant washing!

But don’t just think of these as products you’ll use only on cold mornings or during the winter. You can use them all year round, including summers, especially if you have a swimming pool or hot tub, or if you live in a humid environment. They also make your bathroom more hygienic by reducing germs, mildew and musty smells.

Unlike oil-filled or hydronic towel warmers on the market, these racks are heated by an electric element that runs the length of the rack, so they run continuously and safely, providing you with warm towels every time. This design is also safer, with no risk of leaking or overpressure. It also results in faster heating times, since there’s no need to wait for the liquids to circulate. A built-in thermostat keeps the towel rack at 130°F.

The heated towel racks use less power than an average light bulb and never get too hot to touch, so they’re 100% safe to use around children. You can leave them operating 24 hours a day, or you can have them turn on at pre-set times with an X10 timer or intelligent controller. For our plug-in towel warmers, you’ll need an ApplianceLinc Appliance Module (#2002SHL)for automated use. For hardwired towel warmers (#9101C), you’ll need a SwitchLinc Relay Wall Switch (#23883W or #23885) for automated use, or a 60-minute timer switch (#4255W/I) for on-command timer functions without X10 control. The hardwired model could also be wired up to the same wall switch that operates the bathroom lights.

Two types available: An elegant hardwired model for those comfortable with residential wiring (#9101), or choose a plug-in model that anyone can install (#9102, 9203, 9204, 9205). The plug-in models can be installed on a wall (and plugged into a nearby outlet with its 7′ cord) or attached to floor stands for free-standing operation. Units are made of high quality steel, with a scratch-resistant finish, and come with all the brackets, wall anchors and stainless steel screws needed for a professional-looking installation. All models are UL and C/UL Listed.
