We’d like to reward member loyalty to Gizmos for Geeks by allowing our valued users to earn free Geek Credits for various activities on the site. Earn enough credits, and you’re automatically entered into monthly and yearly giveaways. All you need to do is become a GfG member, and start earning credits!
You can earn credits simply by logging in then reading articles and posting comments. You can earn lots of credits for submitting an article.
Rules in a nutshell: every month, you will receive 1 Geek Ticket for every 100 Geek Credits you have and be automatically entered into the monthly drawing for a prize. We aren’t talking some ‘Cracker Jack box’ prize, but something you will want to add to your geek toy arsenal [~ $100 – $300].
It gets better… we will also be giving away two grand prizes at the end of the year. One winner will be the luck of the draw winner and the other winner will be the user with the most Geek Credits for the year. We haven’t decided on the grand prize yet, but think along the lines of a PS3 [~ $300 – $500]. Who knows? If membership really picks up, we may up the prize value and/or the number of prizes!
