Bloglines, a free online service for subscribing, creating and sharing RSS feeds, has been saved from being relegated to the Internet archives. Originally Bloglines was going to shut their doors on October 1st but that deadline was extended to November 1st and today an email was sent to previous Bloglines subscribers announcing that Ask.com entered into an agreement with MerchantCircle to keep Bloglines up and running.
Using your login name and password, you can continue using the current Bloglines service as-is until at least December 1, 2010 at which point the service transitions to MerchantCircle.
Many previous Bloglines customers exported their feeds and are using Google Reader currently. Which RSS reader do you prefer?
