But buyers face a dilemma: Buy now or wait until they get cheaper. And they will get cheaper. Prices for flat-panel televisions using a technology called liquid crystal display, or LCD, will fall as much as 30 percent by the end of 2005 as more factories in Asia come on line to meet demand, according to several manufacturers and analysts.
