Gizmag has an article describing the “world’s first high tech gizmo” and mentions the gizmo has been around for two hundred and fifty years not to mention the fact that the gizmo has 100% penetration of the powerful and wealthy for the last century… this gizmo also happens to be one of my favorites! Of course Gizmag is referring to a wristwatch.
The article also mentions a survey by the Luxury Institute rating the leading luxury watch brands which Jaeger-Le Coultre wins narrowly over Rolex.
I’m still partial to the mid-40’s Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust watches… speaking of technology, that was the first watch that displayed the date along with the time!
