Squeezebox v3

Squeezebox v3

Back in late 2004, we featured the very first Squeezebox from Slim Devices. The folks at Slim Devices have stayed on track and have come out with version 3 of the this cool audio streaming box. Just in case you don’t want to read the description for the 1st Squeezebox we posted, here it is again in a nutshell: stream your music from your PC to your stereo via the Squeezebox. Now you can do that either wirelessly or wired (via Ethernet). As with the 1st model, you can browse through your whole music collection via remote control or web browser. I must say I prefer this model’s upgraded looks, and the display is a lot clearer. Music formats supported: AAC (on Mac or Windows), and AIFF, FLAC, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WAV or WMA (Windows only).

Key features:

  • Stream digital music from your computer or over the Internet
