In my daily “I can’t help it/compulsive” web surfing, I ran across one of those really useful sites that you just have to bookmark. It’s a “cheat sheet” on how to get past those sometimes annoying automated voice menu systems or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and get straight to a live operator.
