#CES09: Public Beta of Windows 7 available Fri

Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer announced yesterday at the keynote at CES that a public beta of Windows 7 will be available tomorrow. Limited betas have been available to the MSDN and some Technet subscribers.

Microsoft expects to ship Windows 7 within the year.
