HD DVD Wins a Battle
Just when you thought the HD DVD vs Blu-ray format war was over when p0rn sided with Blu-ray, HD DVD recently scored a major victory when both Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks Animation announced that are exclusively releasing future titles in the HD DVD format. Previously, both studios had released titles in both HD DVD and rival Sony’s Blu-ray formats.
In related news, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced plans to release 29 new titles in the Blu-ray format by year’s end thus further confusing and causing consumers everywhere to shout “$#@^”!
