Space Age Ant Habitat
No longer just an ant farm, the Space Age Ant Habitat is almost completely self sustaining (you only need to open it up for a little air every month). Instead, the ants live in a clear gel that provides them with food and water. They can also tunnel through this gel, as they are wont to do! This time sink, uhh, I mean way to observe a piece of nature in your home, comes with an LED illuminator, magnifying glass, zoom lens, secure lid, and ant catching/tunnel starter tool. You’ll have to get your own ants though; get the kids to catch some in the yard, or leave some candy out on the kitchen counter for a week or so. But don’t overfill - the habitat can support up to 25 ants at a time.
