Terms Used To Describe How A Loudspeaker Sounds
Reviewers can become almost poetic in their descriptions of loudspeaker sound. For instance, does a term like “chocolaty midrange” have meaning for anyone other than the writer who used it? Does it mean that the sound is smooth, thick, or dark? And is it a criticism or a compliment? Who knows?
