NTT DoCoMo Offers Dual-Network 3G Phone

NTT DoCoMo has introduced a dual-network 3G phone, N900iL, that works as a standard 3G cell phone and runs on Voice over Internet Protocol when accessing a wireless local area network. DoCoMo says such combined-network phones are still rare due to the technological challenges they entail.
