The eighth most wished for and purchased gizmo for Christmas this year are video components. Rather than limiting the category to HDTV as we did last year, the Geeks simply called the category “video” this year; however, the ranking stayed the same.
Featured items include a DVD player that can read multiple formats, the place-shifting Slingbox, a gorgeous HDTV TV with built-in HDTV over-the-air receiver and a home theater with projector and DVD player in one device.
